Small-house Model Is Perfect Antidote to COVID-19

Modeled after the small houses discussed in this article, the Artesian of Ojai is the perfect antidote to COVID-19.  Each home is its own intimate community, where residents have private apartments and bathrooms.  Universal caregiving minimizes the number of staff members that have contact with residents.  Small group gatherings are the norm rather than the exception.
